Aloha! Hau’oli makahiki hou!

Happy New Year or should it be Happy Valentine’s Day? Either way it has been a while since I posted here. I’ve sat down and made several attempts to write but scratched it every time. A lot has happened since I last posted in November!

We bought a house!

We moved!

We enjoyed visits from both our boys.

I planted a garden.

We journeyed to Oregon to sort through the storage unit and ship our belongings to Hawaii.

As you can see, a busy time. The shipping container arrived in Honolulu and was delivered last week. We unloaded it in six and a half hours! The truck should have arrived on Saturday and we await the call to make arrangements for pick-up. That will wrap up a journey that has taken us almost three years.

I am so glad to be back home. Feeling very blessed to be able to walk to the beach. I intended on just strolling for an hour the other day but ended up going for two. It was just so beautiful, soothing, and healing.

A new series of Online Irish classes start this week. Information and registration info are below. Feel free to share if you know someone who may be interested.

So wonderful that you’re putting down roots, Jacinta! After almost two weeks here on Kauai, we are sold on one week not being enough, ever.
